NOT SURE THAT ANYTHING WAS ANY LESS VALUABLE AS FAR AS THE OBJECTIVES I CAME IN WITH.

I WOULD SUGGEST ADDING A PORTION FOR DISPATCH TO MORE ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE,. IN AN ACTUAL COMM CENTER, DISPATCH WOULD BE MUCH MORE INVOLVED.

Dispatch seems to be forgotten a lot of the time, and being able to work with the different department on one or more critical incidents was very helpful.

One scenario we had, one of the instructors called in as an actual barricaded subject, making it seem like the everyday job.

The PIO section seems to be the part that least pertains to Dispatch.

Dispatch needs to be utilized more. We learned the basics of the other units but could be given extra responsibilities during the practical portion.

I see the need to get training in dealing with a Hostage situation or Negotiations.
