Starting with small practice groups. Possibly having work stations where students practice each section, i,e groups of TTT, IC, Contact teams, Supervisors roles. Small groups will work for a period of time then rotate.

I valued the entire training. It brought more situational awareness and also how to respond in these types of situations.

I don't believe there are any parts I didn't learn from so there isn't anything least valuable to me.
