The instructors repeatedly stated that " this is not the only way, it is just a way." I understand this, but it is not how we will do things in this county so the exercises were not helpful and actually counterproductive in the way we will run one of these incidents. Our goal in our group was to not remember much of the content so we won't have training scars.

MOre on past incidents and how they were managed.

I would have liked to work each of the assignments and/or positions in the event. Picking at random, left me missing some aspects of the simulations.
