Practical application was the most valuable part. We tend to learn in theory but that exists in a vacuum. Application is the only way to train on it.

Nothing really. Found everything applicable in some way.

Great use of time and instructional aides. Instructors were very open and encouraged discussion and participation.

I would like to see a scenario that had officers responding first and then have the first responding supervisor respond late causing the coordination of assets to be organized in an active incident after the scenario has already begun.
