Not having any mention of utilizing social media platforms as communication channels for major incidents.

The course should be mandatory for ALL fire/ems/police in Texas.

Practical exercises where (incident commands or EOCs) and JICs are stood up simultaneously and work exercises together.

I have taken a lot of courses. This was one of the best I have taken. We received the necessary information for plausible events. It was informative and kept moving. There was no opportunity to be bored.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like to have more crisis management and hostage negotiation training.
