Need to create a course on communications. Communications is always a problem at incidents and noted in AARs but no siginificant training is provided specifically to communications as a stand alone course.

Hostage negotiations and making sure the comm cntr is staffed to 100%. in our community, the comm cntr sometimes plays the role of tatical and stage ofcr so more pratice will be huge. great class.
