Exercises. Having the opportunity to fine tune communication practices really helped.

The group exercise. This needed more set up or even a different structure. Our group didn't really understand the intent.

The course did a great job of simplifying the command structure for this event type.

The implementation of the C3P plan into action in multiple sections and being able to practically participate.

The least valuable was the simulated tasks performed on the computers. While it was useful in providing examples and process the users familiarity and ablity affects the time actions can be completed.

Provide Controls for the individuals to use that will allow them to navigate the simulator better.

Area command - good to get my feet wet. I don't have enough experiece to really know how to actually operate in this position.

There were people of high rank in this class who on multiple occasions were always in low level roles. While this isn't bad, it would have given them better oportunity to practice their skills by putting them in more appropriate positions.

I felt like the use of the video games was more challenging than the course content, and was a distraction. Maybe a slow speed simulator with class participation would enhance the experience.
