The fact that dispatch was included and dispatching. helped to hear what radio traffic would be like for an active shooter incident.

Maybe make it slightly more realistic for the dispatchers who comes (have them actually call take).

The hands on portion was most valuable, reading about it is one thing but actual practice reinforced the lessons taught by instructors.
