A little more focus on dispatch and practice picking up actual 911 calls instead of the computer generating them.

Repeated practice took away the nervousness and allowed practice makes perfect or at least proficient.

The tabletop excercise was not applicable to dispatch role and didn't feel like I was able to meaningfully contribute much.

I hope to sit in on at least part of our depts RTF training to better understand the hands on portion of this.
