The ability to be interactive and get to participate in the scenarios.

The scenarios were more LEO and Fire/EMS focused and dispatch felt to only be needed in the very beginning of each scenario.

Course was driven more towards medical needs and getting patients out fast, not how to contain scenario.

Learning about previous incidents around the country and how those responses were handled. I appreciate dispatch being included and given an active role in activities.

The simulations.

Separate from the course, I was disappointed how the response to the weather was handled. It was unnecessary to postpone class both days. The classroom environment was beyond freezing which created a barrier to learning.
