The computer interaction needs a little adjustment. Maybe add a site map that shows your location in buildings as you move may make things abit easier to for the user.

Going beyond two scenes was overtaxing with the number of roll players that we had.

Add CAD screen information on projector so roll players can read dispatchers notes.
