The necessity for communication between the triage/transport/RTF/ambulances. When the communication was smooth and linear, the scenarios would also flow smooth and linear.

While I enjoyed the LE-focused part of the training, some of it was not pertinent to EMS. However I understand that this is a multi-discipline course, and I still enjoyed learning it.

More training with our FD's and PD's to streamline large scale events like this.

This was a perfect blend of lecture and Pratical exercise. The Praticals really reinforced the learning objectives.
