I know the ability to do this is limited, but try to put people in roles they will actually be filling (i.e. I will be in some type of Command, not driving an ambulance).

Anything that gives me Command experience for larger incidents.

ASIM and working with multiple people from different agencies.

The glitches in the software which I know are not completely preventable.

They suffered from several computer glitches which an instructor was there to try t fix momentarily. The Simulations with actual treatment times were very helpful.

The dispatch function is not realistic. However, I do believe it helped me see what would happen should an event occur in my county.
