The entire class was valuable. I'm able to walk away with knowledge and skills I did not have before this training.

Computers. I think being able to incorporate live training with sim rounds would enhance this class.

All of the scenarios and actually running through the different positions was the most beneficial. It allowed me to see how everything fits together.

This course is only the beginning of becoming competent to run such a complex incident and I will need to keep up with ongoing training to get better.

Other incident command courses will be beneficial to me in my position.

Practical's. I am not comfortable with practicals in areas of little experience. My first experience as #5 in Tactical I was overwhelmed which is how I learn best. I loved the experience.

Debrief because I don't hear well and couldn't hear the speakers. I am an unusual case though.

I am wanting to test for sergeant and asked to be apart of this course. I am so pleased with this experience it has helped me to feel comfortable in an area where I really lacked experience as an officer for 18 years.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Management trainings. Get me ready for sergeants tests. Excellent course. Everyone was super prepared and helpful.
