Hands on IC exercises with th integration with law enforcement. The ablility to train with LE and dispatch does not happen as much as it should.

Learning new ways to coordinate resources and command in an event, gave a new perspective to new positions our agency should consider creating.

The case study. While it touched on two cases, it really was not a study of what occurred, more of an overview. I would have preferred a more in depth breakdown of one case.

Expand the class to include even more role players.
