The interactive parts were definitely the most valuable. This just worked to reinforce everything we learned through the lectures.

Day two was a little too much. Maybe one less scenario would've been better. This training is definitely intense (which is great) but it may have been a scenario too much.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

We need to get all of our department trained this way (this course was just our upper command staff.) Then concentrate on our entire county.

As a Chief, I can say that every portion was equally valuable. If I were able to afford this training, I would have every member of my agency participate in this training. I believe this is eye opening and useful to every member of the department.

I will be meeting with surround public safety agencies to come up with a plan to bring this training (or similar) to the Porter County area.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I will be speaking with our 911 center director about bringing Crisis Negotiation training in for the telecommunicators.

I really don't think that there was a less valuable portion. It was all great material.
