Learning about previous incidents around the country and how those responses were handled. I appreciate dispatch being included and given an active role in activities.

Separate from the course, I was disappointed how the response to the weather was handled. It was unnecessary to postpone class both days. The classroom environment was beyond freezing which created a barrier to learning.

Scenarios were very beneficial, also discussing the others roles and point of views. Always a plus to see what the 1st responders experience and are exposed to.
