As a dispatch supervisor developing policy for my department, this was extremely insightful. I learned a lot about the big picture of incident management during a large scale event.

Which part(s) of the course was LEAST valuable to you? Please explain why.

Dispatch's responsibility and part in the SIM activities was very vague and confusing initially. We felt like an afterthought. Nobody listened to us on the radio like we mattered. The instructor told us how to log in and gave a quick tutorial and left us without allowing us to ask questions.

Overall, this course was great and the instructors did an excellent job.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

This class was perfect for my needs since I am not sworn and work in the Communications field.
