Understanding the larger picture of what to expect during and after an ASI.

The contact team movement. although the simulators were good, the limitations of not being able to stick together dampened the reality. more emphasis on the command control would have been better, if possible. This course however, was far better than any full scale training exercise i have ever participated in.

More people need this. the road show is not enough.

THE MOST VALUABLE WAS SEEING HOW HECTIC THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RADIO CAN BE DURING EVENTS LIKE THIS AND REMEMBERING TO BE PATIENT. ALSO HOW IMPORTANT CLEAR COMMUNICATION IS.

The most valuable was seeing how law enforcements responds to active shoooter or similar events and why they area requesting certain resources.

The medical portion was the least valuable to me as a dispatcher of only law enforcement.
