Introducing me to the importance of staging. I learned how important it is to delegate responsibilities, so everyone has and knows their purpose.

I think a little more time could be spent on the ROLE of each command position. That seemed vague to me, and during the training I was more confused and flustered than engaged.

Training on how to establish a Critical Action Plan, or a IAP for our local highschool.

Learning to play video games. I do understand why though. I was very pleased with this learning enviornment.

Any integrated training with law enforcement that will enhance what I have already been trained on. I have been through the ALERRT AAIR Instructor course and loved that as well.
