Took me a couple times to get used to the controls on the computers. Maybe some time to familiarize students with the program.

Going to look into the ALERT training that was recommended.

Hands on scenario based learning. Getting an opportunity to be part of every aspect of the active shooter is important to understand tasks given by that unit in real world.

Portions of the powerpoint could have been explained better such as the IED portion.

Bring an IED subject matter expert to discuss ied.

Hands on tactical training as well as incident management. Tactics can be perfect but can be ruined by poor command decisions.
