Continue to train. THis is a high acuity low frequency event, and if we do not continue to train, we will lose the knowledge and skills.

Being able to practice what we talk about. Being a "hands on" learner, this class was great.

Some of the scenarios were long, causing people to start messing around. Maybe try and shorten or add tasks for people.

As a PIO it was very valuable to assist at the command post and get a look into the information coming in. The press conference time expectations were a great comparison to real world expectations.

I think that there could be more PIO work to be done in the real time exercises.

I would try to add elements that relate to PIO work in the current day. The press conference experience was great, but in reality we would be sharing information on social media. We supplemented this simply by stating we would share certain information but I think having a way to actually exercise this would be helpful.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

I would like even more training on complex coordinated events in relation to my role as a PIO.
