Exercises, oppotunity to work with various responders and skills sets also opened up other perspectives to problem solve.

Would like to see run throughs of some scenarios with the instructors, run throughs of real world incidents in the models we used, flow charts of how persons are placed in the incident and explanation of their roles.

The nuances of using a simulator. For example, I had difficulty navigating the program which impacted what my response looked like although I knew immediately what actions to take.
