The entire course because it gave an overview of everyone's involvement which paints a picture for me and my duties. That is invaluable in a practice enviroment because when a real life incident happens I now have perspective.

I gained a lot of insight into different aspects of large/small scale incidents and what my role and that of my department may be.

I would like my Department to participate in this and we should live exercise.

As a dispatcher, being able to participate in this course was very valuable. Being able to share what happens in the center and learning more of what occurs in the field in this type of incident provided a great exprience which I intend to bring back to my center to share with my co workers.
