All of the course was beneficial. This is my first time learning the higher echelon of this management.

I am not an IC but this course helped me appreciate what they go through.

Took me a couple times to get used to the controls on the computers. Maybe some time to familiarize students with the program.

Going to look into the ALERT training that was recommended.

Using the ASIM checklist- our region doesn't use this process so while it was great practice, it had limited application.

Please provide any other comments or suggestions you have for improving this course.

The students had a range of experience and job functions- take time to place the students in applicable roles (i.e. don't have a battalion chief driving an ambulance while someone with evidently little knowledge as IC).

Simulation based training using our regional systems.

Being a part of the command roles is something that I haven't practice with my home agency, but will be doing more of. The experience was great and very helpful in those regards.
