The opportunity to test/apply the skills via exercises, and through the different discipline-specific roles that were randomly assigned.

The counterstrike boards, while beneficial for the overall idea of CCTA and area command do not offer the same level of reality for incident commanders.

Continue to vary the availability of resources; may not be realistic in all jurisdictions to have so many resources readily available.

What other training is most important to you now that you have completed this course?

Ensuring all disciplines follow NIMS and ICS for incidents so it can be applied in the event it is required for something of this nature.
